Guest Rider Policy
We welcome guest riders to join us for up to 3 rides before becoming a member. This gives you a chance to experience our club culture and riding style, while adhering to our insurance requirements.
Guest Rider Requirements:
- Complete the online waiver before your first ride
- Bring a properly maintained bicycle
- Wear a helmet (mandatory)
- Bring water and snacks for longer rides

Understanding our ride structure helps ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience
Ride Structure
Saturday Rides
- • A Group: 20–21 mph, regroups as needed
- • B Group: 17–18.5 mph, no drop
- • Routes: 45–90 miles adjusted for the season
- • Two groups typically offered
Sunday Rides
- • Main Ride: One group at normal posted time
- • Can be a slightly reduced pace A ride (not always recovery)
- • Early A Ride: 50–65 miles, faster pace
- • Sunday Sleep In: Later, shorter ride at relaxed, conversational pace
Ride Etiquette & Policies
Essential Rules
- • Always wear a helmet
- • Follow traffic laws and signals - STOP AT RED LIGHTS
- • Use hand signals for turns and stops
- • Call out hazards to riders behind
- • Front riders' decisions affect the entire group - safety is critical
- • Regular regrouping points
- • Clear communication of route and stops
The Essentials
Make sure you have a helmet, water, snacks, and basic repair tools. Check the weather and dress appropriately.
Group Riding
- • Maintain consistent pace within your group
- • No sudden braking or swerving
- • Pass on the left with clear communication
- • Be respectful of other road users
